Dr. Manoj's Low-calorie Homemade Granola

A great low-calorie, high protein breakfast! Use Siggi Yogurt or make your own.

Dry ingredients: 3 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup flaxseed 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 2/3 cup chopped nuts 1/2 cup coconut flakes. Wet ingredients: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits. Method: Heat oven to 350 degrees.Mix dry ingredients together. Bring all the wet ingredients to a low boil. Add it to the dry mixture. Combine well . Spread on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes tossing every 8 minutes. Once toasted and cooled mix in 1/2 cup of chopped dry fruits. Serving size is 1/4 cup for a total of 160 calories.
